Quality and Inclusive Education
By providing a strong educational foundation, we equip young minds with the necessary tools to shape their futures and make meaningful contributions to their communities. Through innovative methods that respect their cultural contexts and needs, we strive to unlock their inherent potential, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for learning. By closing educational gaps, we not only enhance individual lives but also foster vibrant, resilient societies that celebrate their unique heritage while embracing opportunities for growth and development.

We believe that every child, no matter who they are or where they come from, deserves access to quality learning opportunities – from the age of three years when they begin to acquire early learning skills to the end of their school education at age 18. It addresses children’s learning needs through an inclusive, equitable, safe learning environment for children between 3-18 years for an active, purposeful adult life. We have created several innovative sustainable and scalable solutions in concurrence with the government policies that help us continue quality education with children belonging to ST, SC and other marginalised communities. Our programs implement quality foundational education as recommended under the NEP 2020 which includes an early childhood education curriculum and school readiness program. We developed an innovative technique called the 11-step methodology to impart early childhood education through Activity- Based Learning methodologies and make the children ready to move from preschool to primary school.
Our programs focus on strengthening the literacy and numeracy skills of children aged 6–14 through innovative module-based rapid teaching and learning techniques which help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy in 175 instructional days in government primary and upper primary schools. One of the innovative techniques we implement in primary schools is Mother Tongue-based Multi-lingual Education. This MTB-MLE methodology helps the children bridge the language gap from their mother tongue to the medium of instruction and improves learning outcomes. We promote effective, culturally responsive teaching practices that ensure access to high-quality instruction and learning opportunities. We support the adolescents’ transition to adulthood, such as integrating technical and non-cognitive skills competencies for a better transition to work, providing information on market opportunities, and linking training programs to tangible workforce chances.

National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 of India says that the ability to read, write and perform basic operations with numbers, is a necessary foundation and an indispensable prerequisite for all future schooling and lifelong learning.
